These Terms govern your use of World Cup Cameo’s mobile application, website, and related services (the “Services”), which let you upload a photo and generate AI supporter images and videos in your country’s colors. By using World Cup Cameo, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction (whichever is greater), to use World Cup Cameo. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
World Cup Cameo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or extract source code from the Services except as legally permitted.
When you download World Cup Cameo from the Apple App Store, Apple’s Standard EULA also applies. Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the Services or their content. If conflicts exist between these Terms and Apple’s EULA, Apple’s agreement takes precedence for App Store downloads.
You retain ownership of the photos you upload and of the outputs you generate. By uploading a photo, you confirm that you have the right to do so and that you have the consent of anyone depicted in it. You grant us a limited license to process your photo and generated outputs solely to provide the Services (including sending them to the third-party AI providers that create your image or video).
If you choose to make a generation public, it appears in our community feed and can be viewed and shared by anyone with the link. You can make a generation private or delete it at any time.

Generating images and videos requires credits, which you can purchase in packs. Depending on the platform you use, payments are processed either through the applicable app store (such as the Apple App Store) or through our web payment providers (Stripe), in both cases via RevenueCat; we do not store your full payment card details. Prices and credit amounts may change over time.
Credits are a limited license to use the Services. They have no monetary value, are not currency, and are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. Each generation consumes credits at the rate shown before you confirm it.
Because each generation incurs real computing costs once it begins, purchased credits are generally non-refundableexcept where a refund is required by law. Purchases made through the Apple App Store are subject to Apple’s refund policies and are handled by Apple. If a generation fails for technical reasons on our side, the credits for that generation are automatically returned to your balance.
World Cup Cameo uses third-party AI models to generate images and videos from your photo. AI outputs may be imperfect, unexpected, or unrealistic, and may not always be accurate or appropriate. You are responsible for how you use and share the content you generate.
All software, branding, and original content in World Cup Cameo are owned by us or our licensors. World Cup Cameo is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FIFA, any football association, or any national team. Country names, flags, and colors are used for descriptive purposes only.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, availability, or suitability of the Services for any particular purpose, including the quality or content of generated images and videos.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, World Cup Cameo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Services.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you violate these Terms. You may stop using World Cup Cameo at any time. Unused credits may be forfeited upon termination for a violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
