• Photos you upload: The photo you upload is stored so we can generate your requested image or video and show you the result.
• Generated content and settings: The images and videos you create, along with the options you choose (such as country, template, on-image text, and aspect ratio), and whether you make a generation public.
• Purchase information: When you buy credits, your payment is processed by the applicable app store (such as the Apple App Store) or by our web payment providers (Stripe), via RevenueCat. We receive confirmation and transaction records but do not store your full payment card details.
• Device and usage information: Non-identifying details such as device type, browser, and app version, used for functionality and troubleshooting.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide, operate, and improve the Services.
• Generate the images and videos you request from your photo.
• Maintain your credit balance and process purchases.
• Display generations you choose to make public in the community feed.
• Diagnose problems and improve reliability.

3. How We Share Information

We share information only with trusted third-party service providers that help us deliver World Cup Cameo, including:

• AI model providers that process your uploaded photo to generate your requested image or video.
• Payment providers (Stripe, via RevenueCat) that process your credit purchases.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers for our database, storage, and processing.

Your uploaded photo is sent to AI providers solely to generate the output you request. These providers process your data only as necessary to deliver the Services and are bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations. We may also share information if required by law or in connection with a business transfer (e.g., merger, acquisition). We do not sell your personal data.

4. Public Content

If you make a generation public, the resulting image or video — along with its associated country and type — becomes visible in our community feed and to anyone with the link. You can make a public generation private again or delete it at any time, after which we stop displaying it.

5. Data Retention

We retain your uploaded photos, generated content, and account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, and as required to comply with legal obligations. 6. Your Rights

World Cup Cameo does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

8. Security
